The temperature used to brew tea will affect the taste of the tea. If the teas taste unpleasant (astringent), it may be that of the water temperature is too high, try to lower the hot water by 5°C ~ 8°C. High a temperature can easily cause the tea to release too much tannin, resulting in bitterness.
